Specifically, your data are related to our specific activity “Transport and temporary storage of hazardous and non-hazardous civil waste, as well as ancillary services” and are related to the normal activity of existing or potential customers/suppliers’ relationship; marketing activities are excluded, unless express and specific consent.

Storing data is linked to the supply of goods/services, to fulfil legal obligations or specific processing requirements to which you are party; you have the right to ask for your data to be deleted when such right is not in conflict with legal obligations (the length of time data can be stored depends on tax obligations or historical and/or statistical requirements associated with act/document storage).

Your data will be disclosed to our data controller/processor for the purposes of performing the tasks entrusted to us, as well as to banks or financial institutions for processing and collection financial operations, to public institutions or bodies in relation to the tasks entrusted to us and to legal regulations/obligations, to public security bodies if required, and to third parties only as a result of the use of the data for the performance of the tasks entrusted to us.

As data subject, you have the right to obtain from the controller the erasure, restriction of processing, updating, portability and opposition to the processing of your personal data and more generally you can exercise your rights under Articles 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21 and 22 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679.

Your personal data may be disclosed abroad to the extent that it is needed for the execution of the assignment.
